Join us for our weekly 30-minute mindfulness meditations on Wednesday April 7, 14, 21 and 28 at 8:30 a.m. PT! No meditation exprience necessary and all are welcome to join. Only stay on the meeting for as long as you like/need to get some mindfulness!
