This scholarship manual is for UCSF graduate students and postdoctoral scholars interested in funded research or short term study opportunities outside of the United States. Scholarships target graduate students and postdoctoral scholars in the fields of basic, social and population sciences who are primarily U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
Please note that graduate students must be enrolled in a U.S. degree program in order to be eligible for study or research opportunities abroad. Students may or may not receive UCSF academic credit for participating in study or research opportunities abroad. Be sure to contact the program administrator at the funding agency in advance of participating in programs for questions related to UCSF transfer credit.
