While drop-in visits are welcome, appointments are preferred. To schedule a virtual advising appointment, be sure to reach out to your ISSO advisor.

Getting to ISSO's Main Office at Mission Bay

Campus Shuttle

If you have a UCSF ID badge and are located at another UCSF campus, you can conveniently reach us via UCSF campus shuttle.

BART

Ways to get to UCSF Mission Bay from BART:

  • If you have a UCSF ID badge, you can take the UCSF red shuttle from the 16th Street/Mission BART station to campus.
  • If you are a UCSF employee, but do not have a UCSF ID yet, you can show your UCSF offer letter.
  • The 16th Street/Mission BART is a 15-minute drive away from campus.

MUNI

The Muni 22 Filmore stop at 3rd St and Gene Friend Way (stop #17324) is the closest to the ISSO.

The endpoint of the MUNI N-line at 4th and King Streets is within walking distance.

Caltrain

The Caltrain 4th and King stop is a 15-minute walk away.
