The orientation covers a variety of topics related to the H-1B visa including the benefits and limitations of the visa and how to obtain an H-1B visa stamp. Exchange Visitor (J-1 Visa) Orientation – April 2023

Understanding the 2-year Home Requirement (May 2023)

Are you currently in J-1 visa status or have you ever been to the US using a J-1 visa? If so, you may be subject to the 2-year home residency requirement (2-year Rule), a law that requires some J-1 visa holder to return to their home country for at least two years before they can access certain other visa types.
