Automatic EAD Extensions

Employees who possess an EAD may be able to continue working past the end date on their EAD—in certain circumstances and if certain conditions are met.

Please note that the ISSO has no role in determining whether an employee is eligible to continue working past the EAD. Such determinations involve Form I-9, and the UCSF Controller's Office's managing I-9 compliance on campus.
